Black & Mexican conflict in Pasadena grows

With recent media coverage of the 1999 murders of two black residents in Highland Park, other cities in Los Angeles County are starting to address conflict between Blacks and Mexicans such as the city of Pasadena. Jefferson High School has been witnessing racial tensions for several years now with no end in site. Although the violence between Blacks and Mexicans does not represent a significant amount of the total violence in Los Angeles, it appears to be growing incrementally for the past several years now.
